Located close to the owners' home for a personalised welcome, this villa is proud to display the 4-star **** Meublé de Tourisme and 4 epis Gîtes de France labels, guarantees of high quality. With everyone's well-being in mind, the gîte also has the Tourisme & Handicap label, ensuring a peaceful, comfortable and accessible stay for all..

With a surface area of 225 m² over two floors, it offers :

- Open plan living of 55 m² comprising a fully equipped kitchen
- Living area with log burner chimney
- On the mezzanine of 25m² is the family room with TV /dvd/library
- 6 bedrooms from 11m² to 17m² (one suitable for disabled guests) with modular beds 90 x200, 180x 200 as required

- 1 covered terrace with garden furniture and 1 deck with wooden pergola, not overlooked, equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue
